Cancel before delivery, or request a full refund for any reason within 14 calendar days, counted from the day after successful, accessible delivery. A failed delivery does not start that period. Downloading or using the files does not remove this commercial guarantee. Request cancellation or a refund through WhatsApp. There is no administration fee. Refunds are processed without undue delay and within 14 days of the request, or sooner where mandatory law requires. The original payment method is used where possible; an alternative requires your agreement. Mandatory rights, including longer periods or other remedies, remain available. This is an additional commercial policy, not a statement of a universal US or Canadian cooling-off law.
